WHO and the partners collaborate on the response while racing to develop, deliver safe and effective vaccines to more people. So far, India has given more than 100 million doses of two approved vaccines Covishield and Covaxin.
How did we prepare for the ongoing changes in ToXSL?
While the healthcare communities ensure that the right measures are being taken to stop the advancement of the outbreak, the businesses and HR play the most challenging role to tackle all employees in the workspace. As a part of HR practices here are the following protocols we strictly follow:
1. Employee Vaccination
We are working with health experts and bearing the cost of vaccination for all our employees. We encourage the employees to get vaccinated at the earliest to protect themselves, their families, and the nearby communities.
From vaccination to the necessary safety measure and bonuses during the crisis, we believe in investing and supporting our employees.
2. Hygiene to be of utmost priority
Mandatory screening of all the employees is done while entering the office premises that detects their body temperature is done. As a socially responsible organization, we believe in the proper sanitization of hands, doors, and other amenities ensuring to maintain the safety and well-being of all the employees.
We managed the lunch breaks and shifts of the employees in a way that there are not many gatherings even during the lunch and the number of people at a particular place is kept minimum.
3. Making employees flexible and embrace the change
As the scene changes the employee may have additional responsibilities added to their to-do. The changing scenario has made it imperative for the employees to be open to upskilling and embrace the changes. We believe in learning and developing technologies that are crucial for employee retention.
