- House-keeping and Inventory Management.
- Handling All Purchase related Activities keeping the record of expenses.
- Planning and Executing the events and other activities in an organization.
- Upkeep of all Asset records & tracking of assets, Maintenance of office equipment.
- Account related work (Cheque deposit, vouchers, Payment by cheque or other accounts related work) like NEFT, RTGS, DD, FDR, BG, Sale Tax.
- Handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses Keeping a track of all incoming & outgoing couriers.
- A routine check on building maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting department in day to day activities.
