Requirements for HR Manager:
- Handling team of 4 to 5 HRs both generalist & recruiters.
- Role: 40% Generalist + 60% Recruitment.
- End to end Recruitment – Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling, Selection of the candidates and bringing the recruitment offers to a Successful closure with follow-up till the on-boarding.
- Sourcing Candidates from various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Monster and other social sites. Managed employee referrals and vendors also.
- Involved in the discussion with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions where needed, setting and managing their expectations regarding timescales and aware them the market situation.
- Handling first round of interviews to assess the candidate’s competencies and attitude.
- Worked on various positions from Top to lower level.
- Retention and growth of the existing talent pool.
- Proactively leading the Employee Engagement Activities.
- Dealing with employees concern and complaints.
- Formulation of HR Policies.
